J'espère que vous allez toustes bien. 3 infos :
1. Suite à plusieurs plaintes concernant la connexion instable du wifi (et le wifi-booster pour la cuisine qui ne fonctionne pas du tout) , j'ai recontacté Proximus et, après avoir essayé de résoudre le problème à distance (sans succès), ils envoient un technicien pour le mercredi 2/9 matin. Je serai là pour l'accueillir et normalement il n'y aura pas d'impact sur vous puisque personne ne consulte à ce moment-là.
2. On est en train de retravailler la procédure de la clé d'urgence. Vous aurez bientôt toustes une petite clé supplémentaire pour la boîte aux lettres Schuman. Merci pour votre patience et vos retours. Work in progress !
3. Les différentes petites réparations et travaux à effectuer dans le centre ont été communiqués à Andrès (qui travaille pour Psycol depuis peu). Il s'y attèle progressivement, selon un ordre de priorité que j'ai établi. Merci pour votre patience et vos retours ! Sentez-vous libre de me communiquer ce que vous constatez (idéalement avec photos, par whatsapp ou par mail)!

Hello LMP team,
I hope you’re all doing well. Three updates:
Following several complaints about the unstable Wi-Fi connection (and the Wi-Fi booster in the kitchen, which isn’t working at all), I contacted Proximus again. After trying to resolve the issue remotely (unsuccessfully), they are sending a technician on Wednesday morning, September 2nd. I’ll be there to welcome him, and normally this shouldn’t have any impact on you since no one has consultations at that time.
We’re currently reworking the emergency key procedure. You’ll soon each receive a small additional key for the Schuman mailbox. Thank you for your patience and for your feedback. Work in progress!
The various small repairs and maintenance work that need to be carried out at the centre have been communicated to Andrés (who recently started working for Psycol). He is taking care of them, according to the order of priority I’ve established. Thank you for your patience and for your feedback!
