À l’approche des 10 ans de PsyCol, nous franchissons ensemble une nouvelle étape pour faire grandir notre réseau tout en restant fidèles à ce qui fait notre force unique : notre communauté et notre exigence clinique.
Je tenais à m'adresser à vous de vive voix à travers cette courte vidéo pour partager l'histoire de notre collectif, aborder nos défis actuels, et vous présenter notre nouveau format : l'intervision trimestrielle.

Comme rappelé dans notre cadre commun, participer activement aux intervisions est l'hygiène indispensable de notre pratique et le gage de confiance absolu vis-à-vis de nos patients et de nos médecins envoyeurs. Pour s'adapter au mieux à la réalité de chacun·e, nous vous proposons désormais un large choix de formats (mensuel, bimensuel, trimestriel, en présentiel dans nos différents centres ou en ligne).
Votre action requise avant les vacances : Nous vous demandons de choisir et de valider votre groupe pour l'année de rentrée 2026-2027.

L'intervision étant l'axe structurel de notre modèle de soins, la participation active à l'un de ces groupes est une condition indispensable pour maintenir votre partenariat et continuer à exercer au sein du réseau PsyCol. Par ailleurs, afin de valoriser cette démarche d'excellence auprès du public, les profils des thérapeutes sur notre site internet seront mis à jour dès le 1er septembre pour refléter le rythme d'engagement de chacun·e.

As PsyCol approaches its 10th anniversary, we are taking a new step forward together to grow our network while remaining faithful to what makes our unique strength: our community and our clinical standards.
I wanted to speak to you directly through this short video to share the history of our collective, discuss our current challenges, and present our new format: the quarterly intervision.

As reminded in our common framework, actively participating in intervisions is an essential practice of our profession and an absolute guarantee of trust towards our patients and referring physicians. To best adapt to everyone's reality, we now offer a wide choice of formats (monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, in-person in our different centers, or online).
Your action required before the holidays: We kindly ask you to choose and confirm your group for the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year.

As intervision is the structural pillar of our care model, active participation in one of these groups is an essential condition for maintaining your partnership and continuing to practice within the PsyCol network. Furthermore, in order to highlight this commitment to excellence to the public, therapist profiles on our website will be updated as of September 1st to reflect each individual's level of engagement.
