Je suis diplômée en master en psychologie clinique de l’adulte à Uclouvain et actuellement en formation de psychothérapie intégrative à Uclouvain.
Depuis mon adolescence, je suis fascinée par tout ce qui touche au lien entre les vécus de l’individu et la santé mentale. C’est le fil conducteur de ma vie qui m’a amené à faire des études de psychologie.
Au cours de mes expériences, j’ai eu l’occasion de travailler avec des adultes et des jeunes adultes souffrant différents troubles psychologiques.
Je travaille actuellement avec des adultes et je donne des consultations en turc, en anglais et en français. Je vous propose une approche attentive et bienveillante se caractérise par une adaptation à l’univers psychologique et culturel de chaque personne d’origines diverses.
Mon approche est intégrative, qui s’appuie sur la thérapie cognitivo-comportementale (TCC), la thérapie d’acceptation et d’engagement (ACT). Je personnalise nos séances en fonction de votre personnalité et des problèmes que vous soulevez. Mes consultations s’adressent également aux migrants.
Je travaille avec un large éventail de sujets, notamment :
- le stress et la gestion des émotions
- le burn-out (professionnel, parental et personnel)
- la dépression
- l’anxiété
- les peurs
- perfectionnisme
- le manque de confiance et d’estime de soi
- trauma
- exil (difficulté d’adaptation,image de soi,trauma)

I have a master’s degree in adult clinical psychology from Uclouvain and am currently training as an integrative psychotherapist at Uclouvain.
Ever since I’ve been fascinated by everything to do with the link between personal experiences and their influence on mental health. It’s the motivation running through my life that led me to study psychology.
In the course of my experiences, I have had the opportunity to work with adults and young adults suffering from various psychological disorders.
I currently work with adults, and offer consultations in Turkish, English and French. I offer an attentive and caring approach that is characterized by adaptation to the psychological and cultural universe of each person of diverse origins.
My approach is integrative, drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I personalize our sessions according to your personality and the issues you raise. My consultations are also open to migrants.
I work with a wide range of issues, including:

Uclouvain’den yetişkin klinik psikolojisi alanında UCLouvain´den yüksek lisans mezunuyum ve şu anda Uclouvain’de psikoterapist olarak eğitim görüyorum.
Bireyin kişisel deneyimleri ve bunların ruh sağlığı üzerindeki etkileri arasındaki bağlantıyla ilgili her şey ilgimi çekmiştir. Beni psikoloji okumaya yönelten de hayatım boyunca devam eden bu motivasyon oldu.
Deneyimlerim arasında,, çeşitli psikolojik rahatsızlıklardan muzdarip yetişkinler ve genç yetişkinlerle çalışma fırsatım oldu.
Şu anda yetişkinlerle çalışıyorum ve Türkçe, İngilizce ve Fransızca dillerinde psikoterapi hizmeti veriyorum. Farklı kökenlerden gelen her bireyin psikolojik ve kültürel evrenine uyum sağlayarak karakterize edilen özenli ve şefkatli bir yaklaşım sunuyorum.
Yaklaşımım, Bilişsel Davranışçı Terapi (BDT) ve Kabul ve Kararlılık Terapisinden (ACT) yararlanarak bütünleştiricidir. Seanslarımızı kişiliğinize ve dile getirdiğiniz sorunlara göre kişiselleştiriyorum. Konsültasyonlarım göçmenlere de açıktır.
